Very simple: whenever you need us. Week or weekend? In the morning or in the evening? For an hour or three days? Everything is negotiable!

You wish to cancel our lift service due to unforeseen circumstances? We understand that could happen. In order not to compromise our services, we ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If we have to come on-site and are unable to start the move, we charge one hour of lift service as standard.

Count on the area of two parking spaces, and of course under the window from which the pieces will need to be removed. If the lift has to remain put for a long(er) period, you must apply for a parking permit from the local authorities.

A liability insurance is included in the price: your goods on our lift and all damage to buildings and third parties are insured. If you want to insure other property, you must contact your own insurance broker.

Payment is made immediately after our service. This direct transaction is the best guarantee for a smooth running of our services.
